Bookings. A retreat place is confirmed once we acknowledge your request in writing. Please arrive at the stated time and follow campus guidelines on silence, photography and cow interaction.

Refunds. Full refund up to 7 days before arrival; 50% up to 48 hours before. Emergencies are always considered with compassion.

Products. Being handmade and perishable, ghee, oils and produce are non-returnable unless damaged in transit. Report damage with photographs within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.

Donations. Donations are non-refundable and are used entirely for cow care, seva, temple activities and campus upkeep.
